Rocco added several upgrades at no charge, including class 4 hail resistant shingles, synthetic underlayment, a roof vent and 5" gutters. But that wasn't all, we had to fight the insurance company for 7 months and Rocco lead that for us. He hired an arbitrator for us and stood by us the whole time. Eventually we won and we were able to get all the repairs our house needed. We never knew this was a thing until Rocco told us about it.
