Rocco added several upgrades at no charge, including class 4 hail resistant shingles, synthetic underlayment, a roof vent and 5" gutters. But that wasn't all, we had to fight the insurance company for 7 months and Rocco lead that for us. He hired an arbitrator for us and stood by us the whole time. Eventually we won and we were able to get all the repairs our house needed. We never knew this was a thing until Rocco told us about it. Fighting insurance companies sucks but because of Rocco and his team we were able to get our house fully repaired. Rocco is also very easy to work with. Thank you so very much for all your help. "The time that Rocco took explaining everything to us that would be done was fantastic. He met with the adjuster from our insurance and they walked through the whole claim from the hail storm of the roof, gutters, paint, screens, etc. Found things that I had not even seen. They took off our solar panels and put them back on so quickly that we were only without them for about a week. Very impressive. Nothing was paid to them until all of the work was done and the insurance money was paid to us. So basically the best compared to other neighbors that had to have the roofers come back multiple times to fix leaks around chimneys and skylights.
